Complete hydraulic cross fork with disc brake system for your Puch Maxi moped / moped. With appropriate adjustments, the fork can also be fitted to other models.
The set contains the following individual parts. These still need to be assembled.

Tips for assembly:
- To be able to mount the fork on a Puch frame, the head tube on the frame must be shortened by approx. 5 mm must be shortened. The bearing shells can then be cleanly inserted and welded.
- The tapered roller bearings should be covered with a felt ring or foam to protect them from dirt and water.
- The brake system is supplied assembled, we recommend bleeding it before commissioning.
- The wheel hub is supplied with bearings for 12 mm axles, the fork is fitted with a 15 mm axle. The matching bearings and the corresponding intermediate sleeve are included in the assembly set.
- In order to be able to mount the head tube in the fork crown, the head tube must be cooled and the fork crown heated. The two parts can then be pressed together.
All components are finely tuned to each other and have proven themselves in moped cross use.
