Payment & Shipping

All orders within Switzerland that are placed by 6:00 p.m. and paid for by PayPal, credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or CembraPay invoice will leave our warehouse the same day, so that the goods will arrive the next working day (for express Monday or Saturday delivery, also on Saturdays) and for B-Post after 2-3 working days. Otherwise, your order will only be processed after your payment has been received. 

We deliver to Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria and France. We do not currently deliver to other EU countries.

 Switzerland & Principality of Liechtenstein

Your order, whether letter or package, will be sent with Swiss-Express «Moon». The post office delivers it if ordered by 6:00 p.m. the day before, on the next business day – including Saturday – by 9:00 a.m. (applies to all of Switzerland). Please note that the order must be paid for in advance by 6:00 p.m. To initiate immediate shipment of the goods, we therefore recommend payment by PayPal, credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or CembraPay invoice.

Your order will be shipped with SameDay Swiss of the Swiss Post AG or SameDay notime of notime AG. The shipping provider delivers these (Monday - Friday), if ordered by 10:00 a.m., on the same working day - excluding Saturday - between 4:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Please also note that the order must be paid for in advance by 10:00 a.m. To initiate immediate shipment of the goods, we therefore recommend payment by PayPal, credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or CembraPay invoice.
Please note: the shipping method is only available in the shopping cart if the delivery location is also within the accessible area.

Your order as a package can be sent with the selection Saturday delivery of the Swiss Post. The post office always delivers these on the following Saturday (applies to the whole of Switzerland). Please also note here that the order must be paid for in advance by 6:00 p.m. To initiate the immediate shipment of the goods, we therefore recommend payment by PayPal, credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or CembraPay invoice.

If you wish to pick up your goods from our premises, you must in any case order the items online before picking them up, as we do not have a physical store.

When you pick up your items at our counter, you can pay in cash (in CHF), by EC-/credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or on CembraPay invoice.

The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process. These depend on the products ordered, the credit check, the selected delivery or pick-up method, the time of the order and the delivery address.

Cash payment 
When you pick up your order at our counter, you can pay in cash (in CHF), by EC-/credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or by CembraPay invoice.

PayPal 
Pay securely and conveniently with your PayPal account.
 

Credit card
Secure payment with your VISA, Mastercard or PostFinance Card.

TWINT
Convenient payment with the TWINT app.

CembraPay 
Buy now and conveniently pay within 20 days of receiving the goods.

Prepayment 
Once your advance payment has been received, your order will be shipped or it will be ready for pick-up.

We do not have a physical store with opening hours. To pick up your order at the pick-up counter, you must place an order in the online store at least two hours before your pick-up so that we can prepare it. You can choose the pick-up time directly during the ordering process.
