Payment & Shipping

All orders within Switzerland that are placed by 18:00 and paid for by PayPal, credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or CembraPay invoice will leave our warehouse on the same day so that the goods arrive on the next working day (for Swiss-Express "Moon" or Saturday delivery also on Saturdays) and for B Mail after 2-3 working days. Otherwise, your order will not be processed until your payment has been received.

We generally deliver to Switzerland & the Principality of Liechtenstein. We also deliver to the following EU countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. We do not currently deliver to other EU countries.

Your order, whether letter or package, will be sent with Swiss-Express “Moon”. The post office delivers these, if ordered by 6:00 p.m. the day before, on the next business day – including Saturday – by 9:00 a.m. (applies to all of Switzerland). Please note that the order must be paid for in advance by 6:00 p.m. To initiate immediate shipment of the goods, we therefore recommend payment by PayPal, credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or CembraPay invoice.

Your order will be shipped with SameDay Swiss of the Swiss Post AG or SameDay notime of notime AG. The shipping provider delivers these (Monday - Friday) if ordered by 10:00 a.m., on the same business day - excluding Saturday - between 4:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Please also note that the order must be paid for in advance by 10:00 a.m. To initiate immediate shipment of the goods, we therefore recommend payment by PayPal, credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or CembraPay invoice.

Please note: the shipping method is only available in the shopping cart if the delivery location is also within the accessible area.

Your order as a package can be sent with the selection Saturday delivery of the Swiss Post. The post office always delivers these on the following Saturday (applies to the whole of Switzerland). Please also note here that the order must be paid for in advance by 6:00 p.m. To initiate the immediate shipment of the goods, we therefore recommend payment by PayPal, credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or CembraPay invoice.

If you wish to pick up your goods from our premises, you must in any case order the items online before picking them up, as we do not have a physical store.

When you pick up your items at our counter, you can pay in cash (in CHF), by EC-/credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or on CembraPay invoice.

During the ordering process, you will be shown the available payment methods. These depend on the products ordered, the credit check, the selected delivery or collection method, the time of order and the delivery address.

Cash payment 
When picking up your order at our counter, you can pay in cash (in CHF), by EC/credit card, PostFinance Card, TWINT or by CembraPay invoice.

PayPal 
Pay securely and conveniently with your PayPal account.

Credit card
Encrypted payment with your VISA, Mastercard or PostFinance Card.

TWINT
Pay conveniently with the TWINT app.

CembraPay 
Purchase now and pay conveniently within 20 days of receiving the goods.

Payment in advance 
On receipt of your prepayment, your order will be shipped or will be ready for collection.

We do not have a physical store with opening hours. To pick up your order at the pick-up counter, you must place an order in the online store at least two hours before your pick-up so that we can prepare it. You can choose the pick-up time directly during the ordering process.
