High-end racing crankshaft suitable for Puch Maxi S, Supermaxi LG2 and Puch X30 NG-2AH mopeds, which have a ZA50 engine installed.

High-quality and precisely fitting, 1064 gram full cheek crankshaft, which has proven itself in various load tests.
This crankshaft was designed for use in engines with a large increase in power.
All balancing holes in the cheeks have been sealed with aluminum inserts for maximum pre-compression.
The solid connecting rod is equipped with a more stable Ø 16 mm connecting rod pin, which is hollow on the inside for better balancing.
In addition, the connecting rod bearings are silver bearings, which have excellent emergency running properties.

The world's first ZA50 crankshaft with the correct dimensions and tolerances of the clutch-side cheek pin and its thread.
Not to be compared with unsuitable competitor products from Western Europe.

Ø Brass journal: 10.2 mm (Clutch piston with an inner diameter of 10.25 mm fits on this crankshaft).

The following points should be noted when using this crankshaft:

  • The use of a 0.5 mm thick stroke plate is essential to compensate for the additional stroke. You will find suitable models in the accessories section. We also recommend using sealant between the gasket and housing/cylinder. You will also find a suitable sealant among the accessories.
  • When installing, observe the crushing edge dimension (distance piston – cylinder head at TDC). This should not be less than 1 mm.
  • Due to the longer stroke, the pressure in the crankcase increases. For this reason, the oil seal on the crankshaft end should either be glued in with 2-component adhesive or secured with a retaining plate.
  • Running in the crankshaft: Run the engine for 30 minutes under low load with a slightly richer mixture.
  • When using cylinder kits with boost ports, the pre-compressed air may enter the intake port through the holes in the piston, depending on the model.
