Adapter ring made of black plastic for mounting a speedometer with an outer diameter of 48 mm on a cockpit with an inner diameter of 60 mm on your moped, moped or small motorcycle.
The 3D-printed cockpit adapter can be used universally in various speedometer mounts with Ø 60 mm and greatly expands the range of speedometer housings that can be fitted.
The set consists of 2 parts. The upper ring is placed on the top of the cockpit and the speedometer housing is pushed in. The second ring is pushed on from the inside and then forms a clamping effect with the holding bracket of the speedometer.
Figures 3 and 4 serve as assembly examples.
Note: Depending on the cockpit, the mounting bracket of the speedometer housing may need to be shortened slightly to ensure proper installation.
Due to the 3D manufacturing process, the components still show traces of production, which are typical for this technology.
