Bladed 45 mm (70 cc) cylinder kit with 12 mm piston pin, suitable for your Puch X30 Velux and on your Puch X30 NG-2AH moped / moped.
The timing of the cylinder was kept rather low, which is characterized by a very nice torque in the lower speed range.
The racing cylinder kit without sealing includes cylinder & piston kit.

Notes:
For Puch Velux engines, the slot on the housing no longer needs to be cast on thanks to the large sealing surface.
For ZA50-G engines, the housing may need to be spindled on.
The cylinder kit can also be used on DS, MV, MS, VZ (EX50) engines, provided the housing is spindled on.
Full assembly instructions are enclosed. Please note the installation direction when assembling. The piston is inserted with the arrow pointing towards the outlet on the exhaust side.
