What does a voltage regulator do?

A voltage regulator ensures that your moped does not produce excess voltage – no matter how high you rev it. It keeps the voltage constant, protects your bulbs from excess voltage and makes your electrical system more reliable.

This is how you assemble it:

Input:
The voltage regulator is connected to the circuit in parallel with the light-conducting cable.

Mass:
Contact with the frame or directly on the engine.
Tighten screws
Secure mounting, good ground contact is mandatory!
Test run
Check the multimeter, the voltage should remain at 12-14 volts.
