Revision kit for the mono gearbox type MG2 on your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo and Boxer moped / moped.
The revision kit consists of:
1x gearbox seal
1x oil seal input shaft NBR 17/25/4 A
1x oil seal output shaft NBR 20/30/5 A
4x shim
4x needle bearings
Note:
Mono gearbox MG2: Type with two sprockets (with raised bearing seat for the input shaft) with the identification number 990505 (12B/12C) or 990505 (6A/14C/14D/10A/13D). The housing often also has the identifier 2, 3 or 4.
If you have a newer gearbox MG3 or MG4 with four sprockets, you will need four additional needle bearings (Ø 9x13x12 mm) and, depending on the version, five spacers (18/10/1). You can find both in the accessories section.
