Completely reworked 12V HPI ignition with built-in 60W light coil, for use with breaker ignition, suitable for your Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo and Boxer moped / moped.

The ignition can be optionally supplemented with the programmable HPI CDI box for two ignition curves and the HPI switch. This allows you to switch between two pre-installed ignition curves.
Only for experienced mechanics:
This high-end ignition does not fit in housings designed for electronic ignition. Before installing the new earthing, the two mounting points of the impulse coil must be removed by 3 mm (see Figure 3) to create a flat surface with the other support points for the base plate. After this, it is no longer possible to mount the coil on a contact ignition.
Further adjustment work must also be expected, including on the fan wheel.
If the light coil is used, a 12V voltage regulator must be used.
With two pieces of approx. 80 mm long M6 screws, you can use the clutch puller for Puch (item 10086) to remove the flywheel again.
