What you need to do so that we can help you live:

  1. Call us: +41 52 730 05 30
  2. Download the ISL-LIGHT-CLIENT application by clicking on the black button (download support programm).
  3. Install the application by following the system instructions after the download.
  4. Start the application. (usually by clicking on the programm icon)
  5. As soon as you are prompted by our customer service, enter the session code provided in the open window.
  6. Done, from here on customer service will take over and analyse the problem together with you.
