Shipping

All orders within Switzerland that are placed by 18:00 and paid for by Paypal, credit card, postcard, Twint or invoice leave our warehouse on the same day so that the goods arrive the next working day (for Express Mond or Saturday delivery also on Saturdays) and for B Mail after 2-3 working days. Otherwise, your order will not be processed until your payment has been received. Orders abroad are exported on Tuesdays and Fridays and usually arrive within 2-3 working days.

We generally deliver to Switzerland, the Principality of Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria and France. We do not currently deliver to other EU countries.

Switzerland & Principality of Liechtenstein

Your order, whether letter or parcel, will be sent by Swiss-Express ‘Moon’. If ordered by 18:00 the day before, Swiss Post will deliver it the next working day - including Saturday - by 9:00 (applies to the whole of Switzerland). Please note that the order must be paid for in advance by 6.00 pm. In order to initiate the immediate dispatch of the goods, we therefore recommend payment by PayPal, credit card, postcard, Twint or invoice.

Your order, whether letter or parcel, will be sent either by SameDay Swiss Post or Planzer. The selected shipping service provider will deliver your order (Monday - Friday), if ordered by 10:00 am, on the same working day - excluding Saturday - between 4:30 pm and 9:00 PM. Please note that the order must be paid for in advance by 10.00 am. In order to initiate the immediate dispatch of the goods, we therefore recommend payment by PayPal, credit card, postcard, Twint or invoice.
Please note: The shipping method is only available in the shopping basket if the delivery location is also within the accessible area.

Your order can be sent as a parcel with the Saturday delivery option from Swiss Post. Swiss Post always delivers these on the following Saturday (applies to the whole of Switzerland). Please note that the order must be paid for in advance by 18:00. In order to initiate the immediate dispatch of the goods, we therefore recommend payment by PayPal, credit card, postcard, Twint or invoice.

If you would like to pick up your goods from us yourself, the items must always be ordered online before collection, as we do not have an actual physical store.

You can pay on site in cash or conveniently with all major credit and debit cards, as well as Twint.

We do not have a physical store with opening hours. To pick up your order at the pick-up counter, you must place an order in the online shop at least two hours before your pick-up so that we can prepare it. The pick-up time can be selected directly during the ordering process.
