Centering aid for mounting sprockets on Sachs HR-90 and Sachs HR-905 sprocket hubs on your moped, moped and small motorcycle.
The drilling jig is placed in the sprocket and then inserted into the brake drum. The sprocket is now cleanly centered on the brake drum. The holes for the fixing bolts can now be drilled perfectly centered.
The assembly jig can also be used if the sprocket is to be welded back together. The spider can be tacked centrally using the recesses on the side. After removing the centering tool, the spider can still be fully welded to the hub.

If the brake drums are heavily worn, the play can easily be compensated for with spacer film.
