High-end revision set for souped-up Puch Maxi mopeds / mopeds with E50 engines, which are installed in Puch Maxi S, Puch Maxi N and Puch Supermaxi LG1 cat engines.
The set includes all bearings and oil seals required for an engine revision.
For crankshafts that have a larger oil seal seat on the clutch side – also called «old model».
The spare parts are high-quality products that can withstand the highest loads.
Ball bearing specification:The ball bearings are SKF C4 Racing bearings with more bearing clearance. The lower rolling resistance is designed for engines with high speeds.
Specification Simmerrings: The special Viton Simmerrings have a fluorine rubber outer jacket and are designed for temperatures up to 200°C.
Conventional NBR oil seals are temperature-resistant up to 100 °C.
Installation positions of the oil seals:
17/40/7 A (one sealing lip, without dust lip): Crankshaft on the ignition side
22/40/7 DUO (two sealing lips): Crankshaft Clutch side
17/40/7 DUO (two sealing lips): Transmission sprocket Pinion shaft
