38 mm tuning cylinder made of aluminum with Nikasil coating and 50 cc displacement suitable for mopeds / mopeds with Sachs 503 2AL, AAL, 2BL, ABL CH engine.
The racing kit offers a performance increase over the entire speed range, with a focus on low speeds and torque. Compared to the original cylinder, this racing cylinder has had the seal removed and the intake enlarged. The overflow channels have also been enlarged and the piston skirt has been optimized to improve the timing. The exhaust port has also been designed at a favorable angle.
In addition to the piston, the scope of delivery also includes the matching piston rings, clips, pins, stud bolts and the required gaskets for the base, intake and cylinder head.
