Reproduction of the original Puch E50 gearbox, consisting of a clutch basket and a spur gear.
Fits E50 & E50A engines of all Puch Maxi and Supermaxi P1 mopeds / mopeds.
The original clutch and starter clutch can be used with this basket.
Normal gear ratio of 19:96 teeth with helical teeth.
The helically toothed gears run more smoothly than straight-toothed gears.
Clutch basket:
- Welded press fit, no spinning possible, even under higher loads
- Special sliding bush is already press-fitted
Spur gear:
- Spur gear made from cast material
- Slightly more solid design than original
Note: Clutch basket and spur gear should always be used together. There may be a slight "singing" when the clutch basket is used with the original spur gear.
