Life is like riding a moped: fast, loud and adventurous. At mofakult, we stand for an attitude to life that is characterised above all by one thing: Passion.

When riding a moped, we always keep our eyes on the road. But when it comes to our corporate goals, values and visions, we let our gaze wander towards the horizon - and beyond. Because we at mofakult see our values as an expression of our attitude to life. And as we all know, life is more than just work.

We firmly believe that life (and especially working life) should be characterised by joy, adventure and fun. Like a moped ride, that is. We garnish the whole thing with a good dose of cheekiness (and mischievousness).

We ride together

We strive to break away from social norms and ideas. What unites us as colleagues is our desire to realise visionary ideas, make bold decisions and cultivate a positive team spirit. Then - and only then - we are not just successful, but are doing work that makes a positive contribution to our quality of life. For this to work, we are all called upon.

We are FAMILY!

This is our first guiding principle. And it is absolutely central to our value system. Because as mates, we often spend more time together than with our own families at home. That's why it's a matter close to our hearts to make this time together as pleasant as possible and to create positive experiences together.

We stand up for each other, offer help when someone needs it and never leave anyone alone in their time of need. True to the Swiss motto: one for all - all for one!

We are EVOLVING!

Guiding principle number two is just as important to us as the first. As we all know, grass does not grow faster if you pull on it. Rather, you need fertile soil and the addition of water and light. Then a plant will grow healthily on its own.

With mofakult, we want to grow in a healthy, sustainable way and get better every day. We are not afraid of what was previously considered impossible. Because as we said: We ride together.

We COMMUNICATE with each other!

The third guiding principle is so essential and logical that we don't need to say anything more about it.

Ok, but we would like to say something about it. After all, communication is the key to overcoming challenges and difficulties of all kinds. By communicating honestly and appreciatively, we get to know ourselves a little better every day. Over time, this getting to know each other builds trust and with it the certainty that we can always rely on our team.

We MAKE it happen!

We will never stop creating. The passion for what we do is the 2-stroke engine that drives us. Our enthusiasm for the moped, for our work and for our mates drives us to give our best every day. And just like a ride on a moped, we can't and won't stop this endeavour in the middle. On the contrary: when we start something, we finish it. There is no ‘What if...?’, but rather: ‘We'll do it!’

We are GROUNDED!

We maintain a modest basic attitude. And even when we ‘take off’, aspects such as thriftiness and cost and resource awareness remain important parameters of our work. We don't have our head in the clouds, but we always have the wind in our face.

We preserve and protect what is entrusted to us. Be it work materials, mates or our environment. Because we know that ultimately everything is finite. Everything we own is only on loan.

We have a ZEST FOR LIFE!

And precisely because everything is finite, we value life all the more! And the whole range of it, with all its challenges, highs and lows, weird moments and wonderful encounters. We approach life with childlike curiosity, a pinch of adventurousness and a good dose of mischievousness (and mischievousness). In this way, we master every challenge and claim happiness with charming cheekiness and recklessness.

We love our work and are diligent in what we do. We celebrate the festivals as they fall and take every opportunity to savour life and get up to mischief. Be it in the hot tub or at camp, naked or in a bathrobe, in the depths of winter or the height of summer - we have fun and love life.

Story

Our story is characterised by passion, courage and hard work. And modesty. Our success story began in his parents‘ garage, where Marc Zürcher spent evenings tinkering with his own moped and his first customers’ bargains.

Team

What Marc Zürcher has managed alone for years can now only be driven by a well-coordinated team. In addition to the mofaspirit, the mofakult family is united by one thing above all: The urge to make a difference. So it's not surprising that everyone in the team is fully committed and nobody is too shy to go the extra mile. Thank you mofakult team, we rock!

Commitment

Commitment does not mean green-washing your facade! - We believe that we should take care of each other. This also means that in a society, the stronger should support the weaker. mofakult is doing well, which is why we want to help those who are not yet on their feet or who have suffered a setback.
