Completed training in the field of IT
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Good knowledge of networking (of course)

Your tasks
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to maintain, update and manage our software, hardware and networks. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
User support (on-site, via remote maintenance, by telephone) for software and hardware-related queries and faults
Setting up accounts and workstations
Ensuring security through access controls, backups and firewalls
Updating systems with new releases and models
Assistance in the maintenance & development of ERP systems
Develop your competences to train employees on new technologies
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting problems
Installation, configuration and administration of server and client systems with Windows & Mac operating systems
Installation, configuration and administration of network components
New conception and installation and subsequent configuration and administration of IP-based telephone systems
Installation, configuration and administration of WLAN infrastructures
Cooperation with third-party providers
Ensuring the security, access management and efficiency of IT infrastructures
Automation of processes and workflows
